"The Government gives full support to the LGBT community in Montenegro. We must build a society of equal opportunities. There is absolutely room for progress. As far as the Government is concerned, no form of discrimination is possible. We must be committed to changing our country for the better. To do that we have to break down the barriers in our heads and jump the ladder. We must know that nature is such that there are differences, to rejoice in them. Give the right you seek for yourself to others".
