During his official visit to Austria, the Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro Dr Dritan Abazović gave a lecture at the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna on the topic: “European values on the road to the Balkans: Changes, challenges, visions.” The moderator was Dr. Emil Brix, Director of the Vienna Diplomatic Academy.
