Press conference on the occassion of presenting the model for confiscation of the properties which have illegal origin
Press conference on the occasion of the presentation of the model of confiscation of property of illegal origin. The goal of the adoption of the proposed law is to finally put an end to the illegal enrichment of officials, criminals or citizens who acquired wealth illegally. Deputy Prime Minister dr Dritan Abazović emphasized that this is a systematic law that will significantly contribute to the fight against organized crime and corruption in Montenegro. In addition to the Deputy Prime Minister, the press conference was attended by State Secretary in the Ministry of Justice, Human and Minority Rights Boris Marić, State Secretary in the Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare Janko Odović, as well as Adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister for Legal Affairs Ivo Šoć.
