The Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dr. Dritan Abazović, opened the final annual conference of the Regional Office for Youth Cooperation of the Western Balkans (RYCO) in Montenegro. "We need to understand that the pledge for the future is investments in young people, who need to change the prejudices from the past. They need to build bridges of reconciliation and cooperation. We need to step out of what we recognize as a Balkan understanding of politics".
