The seminar was organized by the Ministry of Defense of the Kingdom of Norway and their Center for Integrity of the Defense Sector of the Kingdom of Norway. The Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro, Dr. Dritan Abazović, said that for Montenegro, as one of the smallest countries in the region, it would be very important to be part of collective security, but also to be in company with democratic countries that are members of the Alliance.
