The first open debate on the topic of the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on the State Prosecutor's Office, 19.4.2021.
The Government of Montenegro organized the first debate on the topic of the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on the State Prosecutor's Office. The introductory speech was given by the Deputy Prime Minister Dr. Dritan Abazović, during which he pointed out that Montenegro needs a greater rule of law and that no individual can be above the state and its national interests. "Adoption of this Draft Amendment to the Law is the key to the fight against organized crime and high-level corruption, and without these changes Montenegro cannot develop further".
