"This is a great thing for citizens who travel from Montenegro to the Republic of Kosovo and vice versa, because this is an initiative that has existed for twenty years. I express my gratitude to the Bureau of Security of the two countries for their prompt action in the presence of the good will of the new government of the two countries to make this happen".
