Round table on "Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Confiscation of Proceeds from Crime".
All those who earned money through criminal activities, smuggling of tobacco, narcotics, misuse of state resources and goods must compensate the state. Without that, justice in Montenegro is impossible. In that sense, we have a set of anti-mafia laws, Abazović pointed out at the Round Table on the topic "Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Confiscation of Proceeds from Criminal Activity". No one should be afraid of this Law. Anyone who is well-meaning and who wants justice to work should not be anxious. It is directed only against property which has no origin of its own and which has been acquired illegally. We must stand in the ranks of states that want to make the distribution of justice much better, Abazović pointed out.
