A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the government's National Anti-Corruption Council, the Ministry of Interior and the Police Directorate. "The signing of this memorandum is of multiple importance in the continuation of the fight against high-level corruption. The National Council will sign such memoranda with all state bodies in order to more effectively fight organized crime and corruption, as well as to increase general transparency".
