Conference on the opinion of the Venice Commission on the Bill on Amendments to the Law on the State Prosecutor's Office, 10.5.2021.
The Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro dr Dritan Abazović spoke at an extraordinary press conference on the occasion of the supplementary opinion of the Venice Commission on the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on the State Prosecutor's Office. Several key recommendations contained in the March opinion were adopted in full, while some were partially adopted, according to the Venice Commission's opinion published on May 10 on the occasion of the amended Bill on Amendments to the Law on the State Prosecutor's Office.
