The Deputy Prime Minister of Montenegro dr Dritan Abazović, opened the Conference on Independent Living of Persons with Disabilities, which was organized by the Association of Youth with Disabilities of Montenegro (UMHCG). "We as a society can only succeed if we are all together. Every individual is important for himself and without every individual our mosaic of civil Montenegro will never be completed".
