"The Council for the Control of the Voters' List will prepare recommendations and guidelines to the Government of Montenegro in a transparent manner with the aim of carrying out a fundamental reform of the election legislation and creating conditions for holding the first fair and free elections." Citizens must finally gain confidence in the electoral process, and this cannot happen without clearing the voter list. We will work on it systematically".
